Kayden, mostly :-)

So I have a little more time to write this morning than I did last night. Yesterday was Kayden's 3rd birthday and he had a great day. Well at least from what I observed. He'd never tell you that. We woke up at 8:30 and got ready and went to eat breakfast with Grandma and Pappy. Then we went up to Erie to an amusement park. He loves riding on all those rides. He especially likes that they have steering wheels for him to pretend he's driving. He also liked the horsey's (carousel). Then we went for a late lunch/early dinner and came home and went to play at the playground because Jon had a softball game. He had a very busy day. And was filthy when he got home from the playground, so it was right to the tub when we got home! Jon took the day off to make it extra special for him.
We also threw Kayden a party this past Sunday with kids from our church. He and everyone else, I hope, had a great time there as well. He got lots of cool presents that he loves and can't stop playing with! I'd say that his 3rd birthday has been the best so far. Now we'll just have to think of what to do next year to top this one. :-)
I also relized that I never posted any pics from our Rhode Island trip. So they are here as well.
Today is my brother Scott's birthday. He's 28 today. Him and Kayden are birthday buddies. Even if he did forget about his nephew's birthday yesterday until I reminded him today when I called him. I wonder if Cory will decide to have a birthday buddy. There sure are a lot of people he could be birthday buddies with in November. Jon's uncle John's birthday is the 10th, Jon's and his Grandmother's is the 14th, my grandfather's is the 25th, my brother Rob's is the 27th and my brother Brett's is the 29th. So you see, Cory very well may have a birthday buddy. We'll just have to wait and see what he decides. I'm still hoping for the 14th. Jon would like that and I'm sure Grandma Hulick would too! I told my mom that I think it's funny that I wound up pregnant at the same times that she was pregnant. Wasn't planned that way at all.
So anyways, I have a ton to do today. Tomorrow I'm going with a lady from the church and her daughter to the children's museum in Pittsburgh and then Friday night we're going to a Pirates game and Saturday evening we have a group of people coming over for a movie night! So lots on the schedule and lots to clean in my house before having any company!!!!! Better get movin'!
