My beautiful little boy had his four month check up (18 1/2 weeks) yesterday morning. He is 14 lbs. 11 oz and 24 1/2 inches long. 50th percentile for weight and 30th for height. His head circumference is also the 50th percentile which is nice to hear since Kayden's was always in the 5th percentile!!!! At Kayden's 4 month check up he was 15 lbs. 8 oz and 25 1/8 inches long. So Cory is alittle behind what his big brother was at the same age. He's catching up considering he was 7 lbs. 9 oz at 5 weeks!!! He was real tiny then! He got one shot and could care less about it! That was nice because I hate when they get shots and cry! I feel like a bad mommy! He slept for hours and hours yesterday because of the shot though and was a little fussy last night. The docter also told me I shouldn't be feeding him during the night anymore-that he should be able to go 8 hours without eating. He currently eats every 3-4 hours at night. Of course I fed him last night at 2:30 then again at 6:20. I can't not feed my kid if he's hungry. He eats every 2 hours during the day. How is he supposed to last 8 hours at night? Kayden used to eat every four hours (formula) and he would sleep 8 or more hours at night, but they say formula is more filling and he ate farther apart. I just don't see how this is going to work......We shall see.
(and yes his pj's in the picture are christmas jammies! When Kayden was that old, it was Christmas time! gotta re-use the clothes!)
