Parent's house

Jon, Kayden, Brooklyn, and I are all at my parent's house for the weekend. We arrived here late Wednesday night and will leave Saturday afternoon. It's nice to be here. I haven't been here since January. I wish I lived closer to my parents....maybe someday.  I like where I live I just don't like the location. I miss my family and friends. Maybe they'll open a new verizon building out here! That would be nice! :-)  Jon has mentioned that they had openings in like California and North Carolina and jokingly told me about them and I was like no way! He'd love to move to North Carolina some day. I doubt that'd ever happen-too far away. But here would be nice. :-)...like I said-maybe someday.

While we've been here, Jon has been enjoying playing his new baseball xbox game that I bought for him the day we came here.
Kayden is watching Sesame Street right now and they're counting and so he is repeating after them.  It's cute.

Tonight we're going with my Dad to see the Harlem Globe Trotters at the arena in Wilkes-Barre. I'm excited to see what it's like and if Kayden will enjoy it or not. I'm sure my Dad is excited to go with all of us too. He's pretty much been working the whole time we've been here so it'll be nice to spend some time with him.

Yesterday my mom and I got to go to the movies while Jon watched Kayden and the two dogs. We went to see Confessions of a Shopaholic. It was a very good movie. We both liked it a lot. I highly recommend it if you like chick flicks. :-)

Brooklyn has been doing wonderful here. We were worried to bring her here but her babysitters were gone on a trip to North Carolina so there was no one to watch her. She is an excellent car rider. We only had to stop once. She just wants to play with my parents dog but my parents dog wants nothing to do with her and snaps and growls at her. It'd be nice if they both liked each other. Oh well.

Well I better get going. Jon and I are going to meet my brother Scott for lunch today in Scranton. My mom is watching Kayden. :-)
