pregnancy ramblings and belly pic!

So....as you can see my belly is getting huge!!! monstrous even!!! I went to bed friday night and woke up Saturday and I think it just "popped"! So I feel 8 months pregnant and I'm only 6! I'm worried how big I'm going to be then! I'm 25 weeks weeks pregnant. So only 15 weeks to go or less! I'm hoping for only 12. The baby will be full term then and ready to pop out! At least I hope so. Jon still really wants his birthday though, so we'll see what Cory decides to do.

On babycenter.com, I belong to the November birth club, which is all ladies who are due in November of this year. And one of the ladies had her baby already!!! She was only 26 weeks 1 day pregnant! Her placenta was retracting back into her body and making her sick and taking important things away from the baby, so they had to get the baby out! She only measured 20 weeks because of the placenta retracting. She was born on Aug. 6th and was 12oz and 10 inches long! That's sooooo tiny! Not even a pound! But I guess she's doing alright. Has some ups and some downs but she's here. She has a long road ahead of her and so do her parents. I couldn't imagine how frightened they were to be giving birth so early. That would be like me giving birth NEXT week!!! Crazy! Hopefully everthing will turn out ok for the little girl and her family.

I had the chance to go down to Lynchburg, Va and visit my brother and my parents when they get there on Friday but because of the long trip (7 1/2 hours) and the fact that I get cramps all the time from the baby, I thought it was better and safer just to stay here. I'm very disappointed though, but I know this is better. My parents will come and visit over Labor Day weekend, so that's only 3 weeks away. I suppose I can wait that long.
