Hives....

Well Kayden is sick. Got hives all over his body last night. I had to give him benedryl. Then I woke up at 6:30 and felt him and he was burning up. So then I had to give him tylenol and some more benedryl because the hives came back! He's had an on and off fever all day and some of the hives keep returning. Not sure exactly why he got hives. The doctor thinks that possibly he could be allergic to amoxicillin, just like his uncles. Poor little guy. Then he was eating soup at his grandparents house and fell off the booster seat! I think it scared him more than it hurt. He was happy once Pappy was holding him. I hope he gets better soon. I hate when he's sick. It's the tough part of being a Mommy. I'm always afraid I'm gonna do something wrong. It's also hard because he can't tell me what's wrong. I'll be happy when he talks more and can communicate with me.
He seems to be doing alright now. He's playing and watching his Elmo movie.
