Today is Saturday. Saturday's are weird here. Most families enjoy having everyone off from work and going out and doing stuff together. Thursday's are our Saturday's because Jon works on Saturday's. I always forget that it's Saturday and people don't have work and the weekly shows aren't on. I usually try to get out of the house on Saturday though because there isn't much on tv on Saturday's during the day....probably because they expect families to be out enjoying themselves and not sitting in front of the tv. So today I sent Jon off to work, gave Kayden his breathing treament and his antibiotic, gave Kayden a bath, and spiked his newly cut short hair with his Daddy's gel. He thought it was rather cool. At least he looked like he thought that. He didn't actually tell me that. Then we went to my in-laws where I worked on finishing up a craft project I'm doing for their church retreat in two weeks.
We then decided to go to the outlets in Grove City and went to Bath and Body Works, where they had some things at 90% off. Who sells things for 90% off? That's craziness! They had a bunch of stuff there that I knew my mom would like, so I called her up and told her all the sales. She made me get her lots of stuff and she saved A LOT of money!!!! They had these bags there that were reguarly 40 dollars and they cost us 4. That's crazy!!!! I bought 5 of them and left one there. People were giving me strange looks! Oh well! They were great deals! I was very excited and I think my mom was too! It's so funny, whenever I see stuff on sale that my mom might like, I call and ask her. Sometimes I call many many times in a very short amount of time! I just did that exact thing on Thursday when we were at a going out of business circuit city. :-)
We were at Jon's brother's house tonight while his parents were watching their kids and Kayden and their kids playing together are so cute. They just run around the house screaming and mimicking each other. It's like they all go crazy! :-) They are going to have so much fun together as they get older. They are all ten months apart with Kayden being the middle one. I'm glad that he's able to have cousins who live so close and that are so close in age. At least if we don't have anymore kids, he will have them to hang out with. And with that statement I'm sure I have a lot of what do you mean no more kids question going on. And my answer is for right now I can't picture having any more children, so we'll see.
So one more week till the Steelers are in the Super Bowl! Yay! Go Steelers! Jon is very excited of course!!!! I hope they win so he's happy :-) Here are some recent pics of Kayden and Brooklyn, our dog!
